Payment Options

• Credit Cards:  Ops Publishing accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• Paypal:  You can also pay with paypal. Note there are two different ways of paying through Paypal. You can select Express Checkout directly from your cart (the "Checkout with Paypal" icon in the shopping cart), or you can select Paypal from the Payment Information Page during the normal checkout process. The 2nd option is actually less confusing since you will have already selected your shipping options. See Checking Out Help further down this page.
• Check or Money Order:  For those who would prefer to pay with a check or money order, there is an option for this included in the checkout process. Select Check/Money Order on the Payment Information Page during checkout, and complete your order. Then mail your check to the address shown on your order. Checks must be payable in U.S. Dollars. Note that we will not ship your order until we receive your check. If we do not receive a check within 30 days, your order will be deleted.

Sales Tax.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to Wisconsin.

Shipping information.

We offer free ground shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping is also available at additional cost. We also ship internationally (no more than 5 books per shipment for international orders). You can use the "Estimate Shipping" tool from within your shopping cart to see rates (make sure you select your country and click "update").

Checking Out:

From your Shopping Cart, you have two ways to check out.

• Normal Checkout - Credit Cards, Paypal, Check or Money Order: Click the "Go to checkout" button. If you have not already created an account, you will have to create one in the next step. Next you will choose your shipping method. On the next screen, you will see your totals and be able to enter in any discount coupons (if applicable). You will also be able to choose your payment method here.
• Paypal Express Checkout: The Paypal Express checkout eliminates some steps but can be a little more confusing to users. If you want to use Paypal Express, click the "Check out with Paypal" button from your Shopping Cart. This will send you to Paypal to sign in to your account. Once you sign in to Paypal, your Paypal profile information will be used to automatically create an account on Inventorybooks.com (you will later receive an email with your Inventorybooks.com login and password, but you don't need it to complete the checkout process). You will then be sent back to Inventorybooks.com to select shipping method and complete the checkout process.

Note that you do not need to use the Paypal Express checkout option to use Paypal. You can instead select Paypal during the normal checkout process on the Payment Page.

Returns Policy:

• U.S.  Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided the product is in unused salable condition. Request a return authorization by using the Contact Form .
• International shipments are final. No returns are accepted.

Account Creation:

You must create an account to place an order with us. You can create your account as part of the checkout process or at anytime prior to checking out. Your account allows you to maintain your shopping cart and also provides you access to all previous orders placed. In addition you can use your account to subscribe to our newsletter.

Newsletter:

Ok, we don't really have a formal newsletter, but we do use this option to notify customers of new products or other promotional announcements. If you would like to receive these email announcements you will need to opt in either during your account creation or on your My Account page. We will not send these announcements unless you opt in. Note that you do not need to place an order in order to receive our announcements. Just create an account and opt in to the newsletter.

You can opt out of the newsletter at any time either through your My Account page or by sending your request through our Contact Form .

Product Notifications:

The product notification feature allows you to opt in to receive updates on specific products. For new products, we use this to notify you when the product becomes available. Once the product is available, we use this to notify you of corrections, updates, or extras associated with the book. You do not actually need to place an order with InventoryBooks.com to use the product notification feature. If you purchased (or plan on purchasing) a book elsewhere, you can still sign up for an account here and use this feature to receive updates on the book. To set up a product notification, sign into your account, then go to the product page for the specific product you are interested in and click the Notifications button (on the right side of the page). You can opt out at any time.

Security Statement:

This site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect sensitive information. SSL encryption technology creates a secure connection between your web browser on your computer and the web server. Your order information and credit card information is transmitted through this secure connection.

Privacy Policy:

OPS Publishing uses your private information only for the purposes of processing your order. Your information will not be sold or otherwise used for marketing purposes.

The only exceptions being, those that sign up for the newsletter will receive notifications of new products,  promotions, or other information about our products and services, and those that sign up for the product notifications will receive notifications on the specific product they were interested in.
