Within the United States, we offer free ground shipping or expedited shipping (at additional cost). We also ship internationally (no more than 5 books per shipment for international orders). Domestic (U.S.) Shipments
Free Shipping: Free shipping is available within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. (larger orders may be shipped UPS Ground).
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail for additional cost. Typically, Priority Mail shipping for 1 book will be $5.00, 2-5 books will be $9.00. Click the Estimate Shipping link in the shopping cart to show rates. Priority Mail shipping is only available for orders up to 18 pounds (about 12 books).
Domestic Delivery Times: Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days (most ship within 24 hours).
- USPS Media Mail delivery times are a little inconsistent. Most shipments are delivered within 3 to 10 days of ship date (our statistics show an average delivery time of 6 days, west coast shipments usually take the longest), however, occasionally USPS takes more than two weeks to deliver a shipment.
- Priority Mail shipments are usually delivered within 2 to 4 days of ship date. Priority mail delivery times are much more consistent than media mail shipments, however, we have on rare occasions had Priority Mail shipments take more than one week to be delivered.
Tracking Information: You'll be provided with a "Delivery Confirmation" tracking number when we ship your order. While the postal service may scan the package as it is processed through their hubs, it is not required. Therefore, don't be alarmed if you do not see tracking updates when checking the status of your shipment. Sometimes the only time they scan it is when it is delivered.
Make sure you use the correct zip code and include PO Box # if applicable.
Returns Policy: U.S. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided the product is in unused salable condition. Request a return authorization by using the contact form.
Shipments to Canada and Mexico
Book orders to Canada and Mexico will ship USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping is weight based, but typically, Priority Mail International shipping to Canada or Mexico for 1 book will be $10.00, 2 books will be $20.00, 3-5 books will be $25.00. Click the Estimate Shipping link in the shopping cart to show rates (make sure you select your country and click "update"). Do not order more than 5 books for Canadian shipments.
Delivery Time: USPS lists the delivery time as 6-10 days for Priority Mail International. They are not all that consistent at meeting this, so you should be prepared for longer delivery times.
Additional Fees: Customer is responsible for any applicable import fees. Canadian customers may need to pay taxes (GST and PST) and a processing fee (usually $5 CDN) to their post office. I'm not sure what the fees are for Mexico.
International shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
Returns Policy: International shipments are final. No returns are accepted.
International Shipments (other than Canada or Mexico)
International book orders will ship USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping is weight based, but typically, Priority Mail International shipping for 1 book will be $15.00, 2 books will be $35.00*, 3-5 books will be $45.00. Click the Estimate Shipping link in the shopping cart to show rates (make sure you select your country and click "update" if you are not logged into your account).
*the reason shipping is so much more for two books (more than twice as much) than it is for one, is because we can ship one book in an envelope. The rate jumps dramatically when we switch from an envelope to a box.
Do not order more than 5 books for International shipments.
Ops Publishing will not ship to countries that are not served by USPS Priority Mail International. We also do not ship to countries that pose a high fraud risk or are restricted. If you don't see your country listed in the dropdown list when you create your account, you can contact us to see if we can make arrangements to accommodate your order.
Additional address and delivery information: Some country's address information does not fit in well with the online order form. If you need to add or clarify your address information, just type your properly formatted address in the "Special Instructions" area in the checkout process.

Processing of international shipments vary from country to country, in most cases the shipment is held at the local post office and a notice is sent to the recipient requesting that the package be picked up and any applicable customs fees or taxes be paid. If you have not received your shipment within a couple of weeks, we recommend checking with your local post office or customs authority to verify the applicable process for your area and to see if they are holding your shipment.
